At Redux Body, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the return policy below.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, even if the product has been used.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and include all original parts.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@reduxbody.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product, or damaged goods). Delays caused by customs are not considered valid return reasons.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns After 30 Days

We are unable to accept returns requested or sent after the 30-day return window.

Damages, Errors & Claims

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Wrong Product or Size

Contact us within 48 hours at contact@reduxbody.com. We will resend the correct item at no extra cost.

Damaged or Defective Product

Contact us within 24 hours with photo or video proof. Once approved, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Late Reports

Issues reported after 30 days may qualify for replacement but not refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another variant, contact us at contact@reduxbody.com. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order. An exchange shipping fee of €6 applies.

Return Denial

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements. Returns sent to incorrect addresses or outside the return process will not be accepted.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, sometimes within a few hours. Therefore, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2–3 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and returned to us, a €20 fee will be deducted to cover handling costs. If you wish to cancel, you must first collect the package and then contact us for a proper return process.

Warranty

In addition to statutory rights, we offer a 1-year warranty on all products.

The warranty covers:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Functional faults not caused by misuse
The warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Product modifications
Warranty Process

To file a claim, contact us at contact@reduxbody.com with your order number and a description of the issue (photos or videos recommended).

We will either:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
