30-Day Results Guarantee

We offer a “Results in 30 Days or Your Money Back” guarantee on eligible products. This guarantee is designed to ensure customers use the product consistently and properly to achieve expected results.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Results Guarantee, all conditions below must be met:

Consistent Use

The product must be used according to our official instructions for a minimum of 30 consecutive days. Usage must follow the guidelines provided on our website or included manual.

Proof of Use

You must provide reasonable proof of consistent use, such as photos, videos, or activity logs demonstrating proper and regular usage during the 30-day period.

Claim Window

Guarantee claims must be submitted between day 30 and day 35 from the date of delivery. Claims submitted before or after this window will not be accepted.

Product Condition

If a return is required, the product must be sent back in good condition with all original parts included. Damage caused by misuse may void the guarantee.

Non-Transferable

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Brief explanation of your experience

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within up to 7 business days.

Exclusions

The Results Guarantee does not apply if:
The product was not used as instructed
Insufficient proof of use is provided
The product was damaged due to misuse or neglect
The claim is submitted outside the 30–35 day window

This guarantee is designed to encourage proper and consistent use of the product, not as a short-term trial period.

Product Warranty (12 Months)

All Redux Body products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

We will replace or repair products that fail due to manufacturing defects, such as:
Structural or material defects
Broken components under normal use
Faults present upon delivery

If a defect is reported upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Overloading beyond recommended limits
Damage from improper storage or environmental exposure

In such cases, we may still offer replacement parts or discounted replacements.
